Heather
R. Burke has been an award-winning journalist for over a

Sunday Telegram (Maine’s largest paper), where she also contributes
feature travel stories.
Heather's travel articles are regularly featured in The Portland
Press Herald, The Sun, The Daily Item, N Magazine, New
England Ski Journal and several other publications. Additionally her
work is regularly featured on-line at travel sites including
Boston.com, SoGoNow.com, FamilyTravel.com and
Travellady.com.
Heather is an accredited member of NATJA (North American Travel Journalist
Association), NASJA (North American Snowsports Journalists Association),
and the Eastern Ski Writers Association (ESWA). In 2005, Heather was
honored with an esteemed Harold Hirsch Award for "Excellence in
Journalism".
